What is Living Well?

Living Well looks at ways to help women improve the quality of their lives after treatment for ovarian cancer. This research study compares two different programs focused on mindfulness, coping and healthy lifestyle skills.

Participation is free and can be done entirely from home.

Enjoy the program from anywhere in North America.

Trained facilitators lead small-group, online learning sessions by videoconference.

Living Well can loan you a tablet if you don’t have a computer or tablet. We may be able to provide a tablet that includes Internet access if you don’t already have a connection.
